Shipping and Delivery Policy
We, Natural Touch deliver our products to Pan-India-to all cities, towns, villages and unionterritories through India Post’s network. All Orders are shipped within 24 hrs except Sunday andNational Holidays.
Delivery Time:
Packages usually take anywhere between 6 to 8 days for deliverydays depending upon the location. In some cases further delays may occur. Please contact us

The delivery time estimates may vary slightly from State to State. Days are calculated asworking days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
Tract your order
Thank you for shopping with Natural Touch!!! Once the order is shipped from our warehouse,we will send you the tracking number via SMS. You can track the status of your order through Tracking ID.
Shipping Cost:
We ship our products anywhere in India. Free domestic shipping for all orders of Rs 1000/- &above. A fixed shipping fee of Rs.80/- becomes chargeable if your order value is below Rs 500/-.
Order Cancellation:
Customer can cancel the order at any time prior to shipment by calling toour customer care service @ 9154174740. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction which defies the terms and conditions of using our website, we may cancel the order at our sole discretion.
Payment Methods
At present we accept only Online Payments made through Paytm/Googlepay/Phonepay /UPI issued in India. In future, we may thing about COD system.
Cancellation Policy
> An order cancellation request will be accepted only if the product has not yet been shipped by us.
> If request for cancellation is accepted, you are entitled to get a refund of the entire amount.
>Natural Touch reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed due to various reasons including but not limited to, the non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors or problems identified with the personal/financial details provided
by the customer.
> In case if you receive the wrong item contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Proof of bill and original packaging must be provided at the time of exchange. Once used, products will be ineligible for exchange or return.
> In case the package is damaged or destroyed before delivery to customer, customer will have to share the un boxing video of the package with Natural Touch team. Our team will review the issue and if found genuine, We will take necessary action to solve
